The short answers
What do you keep about me?
Connection times, traffic volume and error codes — billing and support are impossible without them. Site addresses, DNS queries and traffic contents are not stored: destination logging is switched off in the node configuration.
How many devices can I connect?
As many as your subscription allows. Used and free slots are shown in the Devices section of your account; revoking an old device frees its slot immediately.
What happens if a node gets blocked?
The app is not tied to a single address: the configuration comes from our side and refreshes itself, so switching a node or a protocol happens without you. What is working right now is on the status page.
Do I have to configure anything by hand?
No. The app fetches its configuration itself and picks the protocol itself, by what the network looks like. If you would rather decide, the protocol and the location can be pinned in settings.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Signing up takes an email address and a password, and the address is confirmed from a link we send. Payment details are only needed once you decide to take out a subscription.
